Inside Økolariet

Access

Økolariet has an elevator and we provide wheelchairs, if needed.

The construction of some of the exhibits means that a few areas within the building can be difficult to access. It’s therefore a good idea to bring a helper along if you have difficulty walking or you use a wheelchair.

Wheelchairs
We can accommodate wheelchairs up to 73 cm wide. You can also borrow a wheelchair from us.

Elevator
If you have difficulty walking or use a wheelchair, you can use the elevator to access every floor in Økolariet – with the exception of the lecture room, ‘Tårnværelset’ (the Tower Room), on the top floor.

Dogs visiting Økolariet
Small lap dogs, which can be carried around during the entire visit, are welcome to come inside. Larger dogs, which cannot be carried, must wait outside
at the entrance (at the "station" for dogs)
