Økolariet focuses on sustainability

With colourful exhibits and engaging activities, we give our guests an insight into how we affect our planet and how, by acting sustainably, we can look forward to a good future together. We have exhibits about nature, the environment, energy, climate, diet, health and much more. Every year, more than 90,000 children, youths and adults from Denmark and abroad visit Økolariet to enjoy a fun and exciting day together.

Each year, around 15,000 children take part in our school outreach programme to learn about sustainability and natural science in general. During the year, our nature guide also takes over 5,000 children and youths on tours of the beautiful nature around Vejle.
